Employee with personnel and logistics responsibility for the Online Department, temporary position – ICA Maxi Västervik

Do you want to help develop our Online Department and provide our customers with the best experience? We are looking for an engaged employee who, together with the sales manager, will also take responsibility for personnel and logistics, in addition to picking and delivering goods.

About the position

As an employee in the Online Department, you will:

• Pick customers' orders with high accuracy.
• Deliver goods to our customers.
• Work with planning and coordinating deliveries.
• Support the sales manager in personnel responsibility for a small team, including scheduling and work management.
• Ensure that routines are followed and that the department operates efficiently.

We are looking for someone who

• Has good organizational skills and enjoys taking responsibility.
• Is service-oriented and enjoys customer contact.
• Has a B driver's license.
• Has experience in leadership or logistics (meritorious but not required).
• Is flexible and solution-oriented.
